Captain Evans, a USCG fully licensed captain for both the Great Lakes and inland waters, grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan in the 60s & 70s at the start of the salmon craze. He was fortunate to learn his craft from some of the areas top master anglers.
After moving to the South, Evans brought his home trout trolling techniques to the waters of Jocassee and Watauga where he has won multiple tournament events and series.
Now Captain Evans shares the helm with his son Brent in bringing you an exciting fishing adventure.
The CatPack is USCG and MIDNR inspected for your safety and your private party is welcome to ask any questions you like, learn how to set lines, or even net the fish if you wish!
They call it fishing, not catching! While the lakes we fish are worth the price of admission alone, if your party does not have an opportunity to catch a fish, CSF will rebook you for a future trip at your convenience.
